My name is Nick Bennett. I started A 2 Z Fit because I am sick of people thinking that guidance within the fitness community is a LUXURY. With in-person personal training costing anywhere from $20 – $100 per SESSION, or online coaching, dieting, and workout routines from trainers ranging from $100’s / week to thousands per month it is no wonder why so many people go without professional guidance.
I am a firm believer in consistency and education. EDUCATION is KEY in your fitness journey. I am sorry, but there ARE NOT any cheat codes to get your dream body. Please stop falling for the man with amazing abs selling you his “Secret to 8 pack abs in just 6 weeks” routine. Or the girl with the bubble butt and slim waists, “My top secret exercises to get a bigger butt.” The lack of education is what most online personal trainers prey on. You know the saying, “Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, but teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” Sadly it seems like tons of online personal trainers don’t want to teach you how to fish because in reality it hinders their bottom line. Lets say you pay a personal trainer for an 8-12 week routine, and it may be AMAZING, but after the 12 weeks, then what? What have you learned? You followed step by step instructions on a spreadsheet without being educated on what to do next. So you most likely turn back to that trainer and say, “Hey, I would like to purchase a different routine.” That cycle will continue over and over again without proper education.

This next image is from November of 2017. I had partially torn my supraspinatus tendon in my right shoulder. I lost tons of mobility and I had mostly given up on lifting weights and being active. It’s the most time I have ever spent not working out in my entire adult life.
This next image is from March 2018. It was around the time of the previous image that I turned down doctors advise on reconstructive surgery and started to take rehabbing my shoulder into my own hands. Five months of cardio, very light rubber band work, and bodyweight exercises has taken my physique to this point. Around this time I had relieved almost all shoulder pain and was able to start working out to my fullest potential.

After rehabbing my shoulder for what felt like forever and then continuing 4 full months of solid, educated, savage weight training, I brought my physique to an even leaner place than I previously was prior to being injured. I am NOT saying you will see these results. I was doing fasted cardio, I was constantly on the move at work, and my diet was cleaner than it had been in years. Muscle memory is also a real thing, and I have A LOT of it. I was in a wild state of motivation fueled by months of pain and super boring rehabilitation workouts. But I DO have the knowledge and know how of how to get RESULTS and work through some possible limitations you may have. I am here to motivate and educate YOU to take your fitness journey into your own hands.
